Pricing: Event Photography with Video clips (Custom Quotes are Available)

Event photography pricing is based on consecutive hours of photographic coverage. We have years of experience and can cover events of any size, just tell us what your needs are. In addition to the photography, we offer some exciting upgrades that make it easy to market your event on social media. Check out the available options below.

Event Photography Coverage ($250/hour Monday through Thursday) ($300/hour Friday through Sunday). Event coverage includes one professional photographer providing coverage and recording short 4K video clips. A minimum of Two Hours. Includes final image editing in full resolution and HD videos delivered via a DropBox link to the client.

Additional Photographer $150/hour. If the event is large and requires an additional photographer, a second photographer can be added to ensure everything is documented. A minimum of Two Hours.

Daily Image Highlights $275/day Our team will sort and deliver the “best of the best” images up to three times a day during the event. This will enable your team to post up-to-date images on your social media channels.

Gallery Hosting $300/3 months. If you want your attendees to be able to view and download images from your event afterward, we can host a gallery of images that enables them to do just that. We can even brand the gallery with your logo or that of a sponsoring partner.

Rush Image Delivery $300/day. Our team can sort and deliver all of the images captured at your event and deliver them to you at the end of each day. This rush delivery option gives you quick access to the full-resolution images ready to post on your social media platforms for your followers to comment on and share.
